Red Hawk Signs Large Industrial Lease In West Jax

Red Hawk, which does business with golf cart distributors and dealers, has doubled its Jacksonville footprint with a new industrial lease.

“The addition of this new distribution center to our supply chain will allow for continued improvement to our time in transit and delivery to our customer,” said Gillet Boyce, President of Red Hawk, in a press release.

The company signed a 72,000-square-foot lease at 1720 Lewis Industrial Drive. The building has a total of 102,000 square feet and is located in Westside Distribution Center.

Tyler Newman and Jacob Horsley with Cushman & Wakefield represented Red Hawk in the deal.

“Jacksonville is incredibly tight for industrial space in this size range,” Newman said. “After a competitive process, we were able to secure the space, which is perfect for their company.”

The Jacksonville area industrial sector has been one of the most active areas of commercial real estate, with new leases in addition to several new speculative buildings either under construction or proposed.
