Terms & Conditions

We make every effort possible to keep our advertisers informed of our Terms & Conditions, and upcoming Production Dates. All advertisers (and potential advertisers) are sent our monthly Production Date Reminder email within the first 7-10 days of each month. If you are not receiving it, please check your spam folder. The Production Date Reminder email lists the upcoming issues space reservation date, materials due date, and includes our Terms & Conditions. Current advertisers also receive the upcoming Production Date Reminder and our Terms & Conditions with their advertisement invoice email. And, it is included on our invoices and on our marketing emails.

Per our industry standard Advertising Terms & Conditions which are posted on our invoices, our website, and included on our monthly advertising reminder email that is sent out around the 7th of each month. If you are currently running an ad and we don’t hear back from you via email by the 15th of each month that A) you are changing your ad, or B) would like us to put your ad on hold, it will run “AS IS”.

Ad payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.

Production Dates

Our monthly estimated production dates are:
Space Reservation: The 15th of each month
Material Due: The 20th of each month
Issue Go Live Date: The 1st of each month
