LSVDA and Wise Wolf Consulting Launch Exclusive Dealer Best Practices Groups for Golf Car & LSV Dealers
Peer-Driven Performance Groups Now Open Exclusively to LSVDA Subscribing Members
The Low Speed Vehicle Dealers Association (LSVDA) and Wise Wolf Consulting today announced the launch of the LSVDA Dealer Best Practices Groups — a structured, peer-driven performance program available exclusively to LSVDA subscribing members in the golf car and low-speed vehicle industry.
Facilitated by George Keen of Wise Wolf Consulting, each group brings together 10–12 non-competing dealerships for confidential financial benchmarking, proven best-practice sharing, and peer-driven problem-solving. Groups are structured around three core operating engines: Sales Management, Service Management, and Rental & Fleet Management — the disciplines most directly linked to dealer profitability and long-term growth.
“Dealer professionalism — not product alone — will increasingly define market outcomes in this industry,” said LSVDA. “This program gives our members a shared operating language and a community of peers committed to excellence.”
Members may choose between two formats: an In-Person Group featuring two full-day meetings per year at rotating locations, or an Online Zoom Group with monthly two-hour sessions — both delivering the same benchmarking, collaboration, and accountability structure. Membership is $335/month and includes all facilitated meetings, regular financial composites, gap analysis, and group tools and templates. Most members report receiving at least 10x value return on their monthly investment.
Enrollment is limited. Groups will launch once a minimum of 5–6 dealers are confirmed. No geographic competitors will be placed in the same group. LSVDA subscribing membership is required to participate.
